Halo Infinite confirmed to launch on 8 December

After the news came saying that the upcoming Halo Infinite is dropping without the campaign co-op and Forge mode, we now have the exact launch date of the highly anticipated video game. According to the source, Microsoft has planned for a launch on 8 December, just in time for Christmas.

The date appeared on Microsoft Store and will likely get officially confirmed during the opening of Gamescom, which is happening tomorrow. However, fear not, a source that knows about Microsoft's plans has also confirmed with The Verge that the date is accurate.

Earlier, it was reported that the co-op campaign and Forge mode would not be available at launch. The devs announced that co-op mode for the campaign would only be available in Season 2, which could be about three months after the official launch. Forge mode will also be delayed, with the expected launch during Season 3 or six months after launch.
