Hands-on pictures of the Huawei Mate 40 Pro allegedly spotted in a subway
It seems that a hands-on picture of the Huawei Mate 40 Pro may have been spotted on a subway, showcasing what might be the final design of the smartphone. While not much is known in regards to the exact tech specs, the device is unfortunately housed in a casing, which means we can get a clearer look in terms of the exact design of the phone.
Based on what we can see, the alleged Mate 40 Pro comes equipped with a pill-shaped notch towards the top left housing a dual front-facing selfie camera setup. If you look closely to the side, you’ll see a red button which is presumably the power button, as well as what seems to be a volume button right above it.
It’s weird to see a physical volume rocker on the Mate 40 due to the fact that the Mate 30 Pro does not have one because it’s integrated into the display. However, do take some of the information with a grain of salt, due to the fact that Huawei has yet to provide an official statement on the leak.
Not only that, but there’s also no news on the Malaysia release date, local pricing, and exact tech specs for now.
