It seems that a user on weibo has recently uploaded a bunch of pictures regarding the Huawei nova 8 Pro, giving us a better idea on what to expect in terms of the design. While there is no official news on the Malaysia release date, we do know that it will most likely be available somewhere around the end of December 2020 or early January 2021.
Based on the images posted, it seems that the Huawei nova 8 Pro will indeed come equipped with a pill-shaped notched towards the top left of the display with 2 selfie cameras embedded in it. At the rear, it comes with an oval-shaped camera module with what seems to be a quad-camera setup alongside an LED flash.
Looks like the smartphone in question will also come equipped with a USB Type-C port, but no 3.5mm audio jack which is a bummer for those who prefer using wired audio devices. With all that said, do take some of the information with a grain of salt, due to the fact that Huawei has yet to provide an official statement on the leak.
Not only that, but there’s also no news on the Malaysia release date, local pricing, and exact tech specs of the Huawei nova 8 Pro for now.
