It was only recently that we wrote a piece of news that there is an Oukitel smartphone packing a 10,000mAh battery, well, turns out that there is another competitor and it's none other than DOOGEE. For those unfamiliar, DOOGEE is a China smartphone brand that tried to enter the Malaysia market many years ago but never saw a breakthrough. Anyway, they just recently announced their own 10,000mAh battery phone - the DOOGEE S88 Pro.

That huge battery capacity isn't just for show, though. According to their official website, this S88 Pro can last up to 200 hours of standby (result may vary on usage), 19 hours from playing graphics intense 3D games, 27 hours of music playback, 18 hours of video playback, and finally, 23 hours of network call. Moreover, it can also act as a charging station for other smartphones and features a reverse wireless charging but at just 5W charging capacity only, whereas the wireless charging is at 10W.

Similar to Oukitel, the body build is rather rugged and said to be able to withstand from 2 metres of dropping above thanks to the MIL-STD-810G grade protection. Besides dropping to the group, the phone also features an IP68 water and dust resistant so you don't need to worry about the phone being spoiled easily. In fact, they even claimed that it's water-proof because the phone has an inner spot glue + sealing ring inside the USB C port.

In terms of tech specs, the S88 Pro sports a MediaTek Helio P70 chipset, 6.3-inch Corning Gorilla Glass display (FHD), 6GB of RAM, 128GB ROM, Android 10 out of the box as well as a 21MP + 8MP + 8MP triple rear camera with Sony sensors. There's also NFC and the fingerprint sensor is side-mounted.

You can actually find the S88 Pro online on either AliExpress or DOOGEE Mall and it's actually on discount right now. Initially priced at $299.99, the discount is now at $199.99 which is roughly around ~RM855 which is really cheap considering the tech specs and features. Too bad DOOGEE doesn't have a strong market presence in Malaysia.
