Here's how to replace your damaged or lost router & modem from Celcom for free


Due to the recent flash floods, many companies have come out to help out the victims and Celcom is the latest one. Just a few hours ago, the company just announced that those who are affected by the flood can replace their AX Router and Home Wireless Modem for free.

From the company's support page, it seems that only existing Celcom Home Fibre and Celcom Home Wireless customers are eligible for the replacement. So if you belong to the two groups, you can get a brand new one as long as your fibre router or wireless modem is damaged or lost.


To apply for a new replacement, you will have to contact the Celcom customer service consultant via 1111. If you're a non-Celcom mobile user, then you can contact them at +6019-6011111. Another thing to take note of is that the replacement program begins today (28th of December) until the 31st of January 2022.

One last thing, the new replacement of the fibre router or wireless modem comes with a warranty. It will follow the original remaining warranty period of your previous device as well so you don't need to worry about that. Stay tuned for more trending tech news at
