With One UI 6.1 coming to a few Samsung Galaxy devices, many users are reporting some issues on their devices. This includes slower charging speeds, odd high temperatures and irresponsive fingerprint scanning. The touch input on the Galaxy S23's display is also not registering properly and Samsung has found the problem - Google.

In the Samsung Community forums in South Korea, the moderator said the touchscreen compatibility issue is related to the Google App's Discover feature. The Google developer team is currently working on it as we speak, so for now, here's how you can temporarily solve the issue while waiting for the fix patch.

The moderator has provided a step-by-step guide on how to fix the issue. First, go into your Google Play Store > search Google > update it. After that, go into Settings > Applications > Google > Storage > clear all data and then restart it as aforementioned.

We think that not every Galaxy device user is experiencing the issues that One UI 6.1 brought but they are still problems to deal with. We hope that both Samsung and Google will release more fix patches soon to address them.
