Every year, Apple makes major announcements during its WWDC conference. Most of them are software related and that should be the case for WWDC 2021 too. Interestingly, we may already have an idea of what's to come thanks to recent finds.

According to 9to5Mac, references to iOS 15 and macOS 12 were found on Apple's open-source WebKit repository. The references were added using the commit message "Update WKWebView getUserMedia delegate to the latest proposal". We're not sure what that means, but it sounds like a request for a document update.

Of course, this doesn't tell us anything about the upcoming updates. However, the timing could be an indication that Apple is starting to make plans. For your information, WWDC was held in June for the last five years, so we can expect it to be the same this year.

With that said, what are you hoping to see from iOS 15 and macOS 12? Is there a specific feature you want? Let us know in the comments, and stay tuned to TechNave for more updates on this.
