Honor Play 7T and Play 7T Pro release: MediaTek Dimensity 6020 chipset, 90Hz refresh rate LCD displays and more from ~RM703

Honor recently announced the Honor Play 7T and Play 7T Pro for China from 1099 CNY (~RM703). Obviously, these are for the entry-level market but there’s plenty of interesting features included such as the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 chipset, 90Hz refresh rate LCD displays and side-mounted fingerprint sensor power buttons for each of the phones and an interesting mix of other tech specs.

Interestingly, the Play 7T has a 6.74-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution while the Play 7T Pro has a 6.7-inch LTPS LCD with FHD+ resolution. Battery-wise, the Play 7T has the larger 6000 mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging but the Play 7T Pro has a 4000 mAh battery with 40W fast charging. Both phones have 50MP + 2MP depth sensor dual rear cameras but the Play 7T comes with a 5MP front camera while the Play 7T Pro has an 8MP front camera.

The Honor Play 7T 

Talking further about the prices, the Play 7T comes in at 1099 CNY (~RM703) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and 1299 CNY (~RM831) for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage version. The Play 7T Pro is priced at 1499 CNY (~RM959) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant while the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage version goes for 1699 CNY (~RM1087).

The Play 7T comes in black, blue and titanium silver while the Play 7T Pro is available in black, green and silver.
