Honor X30 could have feature a circular camera module

Back in October, Honor launched its X30 series smartphones in China. What's odd was that there was an Honor X30i and Honor X30 Max, but no regular Honor X30 smartphone. Well, it looks like Honor has been holding that back but leaks of it have begun to surface.

A source on Weibo recently posted an image showing the rear cameras of a smartphone, claiming it to be the 'X30'. This is allegedly the standard Honor X30 model, which has a camera module that reminds us of the Honor Magic 3. While it doesn't have a large main camera, it does have the same circular design. In this case, it features a triple-camera module and an LED flash near the centre of the phone.

Feels like an inefficient design, but what do you think?

There is no solid info about this phone, but the rumours so far indicate that its specs will be similar to the X30i. For the camera, it should be the same 48MP+2MP+2MP setup. Moreover, the Honor X30 is expected to come with an overclocked Snapdragon 695 chipset. It should also have at least 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

The Honor X30 series wasn't available here previously. But with the Honor X30 officially launching, Honor Malaysia might finally decide to bring it here.
