Honor X6a release: New phone features MediaTek Helio G36 and 128GB of storage

Honor has released the new Honor X6a model in the UK. According to GizmoChina, this model features solid specs such as massive storage, a high refresh rate display and an affordable price. That said, let’s delve further into this model.

The Honor X6a features a 6.56-inch IPS LCD panel with a waterdrop notch display. It also offers an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels, an aspect ratio of 20.15:9, and a refresh rate of 90Hz. In addition, the X6a includes the MediaTek Helio G36 octa-core processor and comes in 4 GB and 6 GB RAM variants. Both variants offer 128 GB of internal storage and a dedicated microSD slot.

Camera-wise, it also features a triple-camera system. That includes a 50-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture, a depth camera with an f/2.4 aperture, and a macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture. It also features a 5MP snapper with an f/2.2 aperture. Interestingly, both the front and back camera supports portrait mode, time-lapse and so forth.

Moreover, this model packs a 5200mAh battery and supports 22.5W wired charging. It also runs Magic OS 7.1 (Android 13). However, this model is only available in the UK at a price of GBP129 (~RM750.66). We have yet to confirm the official date for its global release.
