Unlike the Samsung Galaxy SIII, the Samsung Galaxy S4 / S IV uses a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 screen. According to the screen's tech specs it provides even better scratch resistance with a 40% reduction in visible scratches and a 50% enhancement in retained strength after the glass becomes flawed.
