Like most wearable bands, the Band 10 offers advanced health and fitness features. This includes providing users with insights into their sleep quality and stress levels with Enhanced Sleep Health Management. By pairing it up to your phone, it will send personalised sleep insights, actionable recommendations and detailed summaries of the user’s sleep patterns.
Additionally, the Heart Rate Variability (HRV) also tracks the average heart rate during sleep. There is also the HUAWEI Emotional Wellbeing Assistant which monitors subtle physiological changes throughout the day, offering valuable insights into the user's emotional state. This is complemented by the interactive Pet Panda watch face changing the mood you’re feeling with dozens of animations for different expressions, which update to your most recent emotion simply through the raise of the wrist.
Plus, Huawei said the Band 10 delivers AI-powered fitness tracking, including swimming stroke identification and indoor running optimisation. It also has a 50m water resistance rating so it can be brought for a swim as well. Users will receive detailed performance insights from whichever workout they have done.
Weighing just 15g, the Band 10 has a quick-disconnect function to allow swap straps in seconds. The aluminium alloy case is available in five vivid colours, Matte Black, White, Blue, Green and Purple, while the durable polymer materials case is available in Black and Pink. Users can also use QR payments with the Band 10.
