Looking for a new job is pretty tough during these current circumstances, and you'd be crazy enough if you want to resign right now. But hey, if you happen to be a fresh IT graduate (or something similar), you could give Huawei HiSilicon a chance as the company have just recently announced a global recruitment program.
According to their poster, the company is looking to add new blood and fresh talent from all over the world. As long as you're a post-graduate or you got a masters degree who graduated from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2021 (yes, until the end of next year), you are eligible to join and the company will provide with world-class challenging topics that include computer software architecture, semiconductor and chipset technology, and more. Besides that, they will also provide mentorship and 5x the salary (most probably in their China Yuan currency).
From their recruitment poster, the indirect translation reads:
"WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR TALENTS WITH A “CORE STAR” TO SHINE. WE’RE LOOKING FOR BRAVE PEOPLE WHO ARE BRAVE TO CHALLENGE IN THE NEW WORLD AND WANT TO DIVE INTO THE NEW KNOWLEDGE.
