Huawei Malaysia will deliver the Mate Xs 5G with VIP Home Delivery Service
While many companies are attempting to minimize human contact during this Movement Restriction Order, Huawei Malaysia have joined the fray and it seems that they are eager to go on ahead with the Mate Xs 5G. So starting tomorrow (20 March), the company will be initiating their first VIP Home Delivery Service.
Yup, for the first time ever - Huawei Malaysia will deliver the Mate Xs to the customers' home - but this is optional. Customers also choose to have the foldable phone delivered to their doorstep or collect it themselves at the nearest/preferred Huawei Store. As a precaution measure, the dispatchers will have the face mask on at all times during the delivery and will sanitize the parcel in front of the customer before handing it over.
To add on, customers who got the phone will also receive a complimentary one-time screen replacement (3 months), a fair of Freebuds 3 (worth RM679) and an Envelope Leather Case (worth RM299). However, do note that the screen replacement will not cover damage resulting from unauthorised disassembly or repair, misuse and abuse of the device, improper installation or modification of the device, or damage caused by spillage of food or liquid, corrosion, rust or the use of wrong voltage.
