Although the Huawei Mate 40 series has already been revealed for quite some time, there are still no words on when it would launch globally. While we wait for the company's consideration, their latest Kirin 9000 chipset which they claimed to be the most powerful one to date just got a new AnTuTu score, scoring 685,339 points at first rank.

In addition to that, reports say that the Mate 40 Pro can still score higher with performance mode switched on over 720,000 points. However, we have to keep in mind that the latest AnTuTu score chart in October is solely based in China. This is because looking at the rest of the entries, the iQOO 5 series, Redmi K30S and others aren't released globally.

Still, it's an impressive feat as the Kirin 9000 scored slightly higher than the Snapdragon 865 chipset, accompanied by 12GB + 256GB memory capacity. It's a natural cycle for a new high-end chipset to take over one another every season. On top of that, AnTuTu also released the best mid-range tier phones as well with Redmi 10X Pro 5G scoring 398,483 points. The phone is featuring a Dimensity 820 chipset and 8GB + 128GB memory capacity.

The Kirin 9000 chipset will get to enjoy the top spot for now, until Qualcomm announces the upcoming Snapdragon 875 chipset in December. Until then, stay tuned for more trending tech news at TechNave.com.
