Based on an image of a screen protector that was spotted on weibo, it seems that the upcoming Huawei Mate 40 Pro will most likely come equipped with a curved screen display. Other than that, our source has also mentioned that the device will come with an in-display selfie camera and have a double hole-punch notch towards the top left of the display.

Other than that, not much is exactly known in regards to the device other than it is expected to come with the new HiSilicon Kirin 1020 chipset, larger battery, better camera, and more. With all that said, do take some of the information with a grain of salt, due to the fact that Huawei has yet to provide an official statement on the leak.

Not only that, but there’s also no news on the Malaysia release date, local pricing, and exact tech specs of the Huawei Mate 40 Pro for now. With that said, we can expect Huawei to provide more info when the device is unveiled somewhere around September or October 2020.
