The Huawei MatePad 11.5 arrived in Malaysia last month. However, that does not stop Huawei from releasing more new variants. Fast-forward a few weeks after that, the company released the Huawei MatePad 11.5 PaperMatte Edition. That said, what should you know about this device?
For your information, the PaperMatte variant runs the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC, 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It also features [email protected] GHz + 3 × [email protected] GHz + 4 × [email protected] GHz CPU and Adreno™ 644 GPU. Plus, the device runs the latest HarmonyOS for a better user experience.
In addition, the device sports an 11.5″ IPS LCD 120Hz screen with 2.2K resolution. It also features an 86% screen-to-body ratio and received the TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light (Hardware Solution) Certification. The new device is compatible with the HUAWEI M-Pencil (2nd generation) that offers 4096-level pressure sensing.
Moreover, it also sports a 13 MP (f/1.8 aperture, AF) rear camera and an 8 MP (f/2.2 aperture, fixed focal length) front camera. It also houses a 7700mAh battery and supports 10 V/2.25 A (Max) fast charging. It is also compatible with 9 V/2 A fast charging cable. Interestingly, it also includes the ambient light sensor, Gravity sensor and Hall sensor.
The new device comes with a polishing cloth, a Type-C cable, a charger, a Quick Start guide and a warranty card. We have yet to confirm other details on this device or its arrival date in Malaysia. However, we could assume that it will arrive in Malaysia soon.
