Today, Huawei Malaysia releases three new products but we are going to talk about the MatePad 12 X in this article. Priced at RM2,999, the pre-order begins today and will last until 29 November with a gift of freebies for the early birds.
Getting into the features, the MatePad 12 X has a 10,100mAh battery with 66W SuperCharge technology. It also has Turbo Charging Mode which can charge up the tablet to 100% in just 85 minutes. It also offers a 12-inch PaperMatte Display with nanoscale anti-glare etching technology to reduce glare and emits soft light for better-prolonged screen usage.
As advertised, the MatePad 12 X features an exclusive PC-level WPS Office and it's free to use for everyone. Compatible with a NearLink Keyboard and M-Pencil, it is suitable for all professionals or students who want a compact tablet to bring around and work. The trademark Multi-Note opening and One-Touch Split Screen feature also returns to let users view and compare notes at the same time.
Another key feature is the GoPaint app which is pre-installed with over 150 professional types of brushes. Using the industry's first Realistic Textures canvas, users can also make use of the Ink Wash and Oil Painting feature to bring their art to life. Huawei Malaysia invites all artists to submit their work to the Worldwide Creating Activity until the end of this year for a chance to win $1,000 (~4.4K).
