From Huawei Malaysia's livestream event today, they definitely went all out with a few products. Today, the company launched another new member of the MatePad series - the MatePad Pro 12.6 with the latest HarmonyOS 2. It is officially RM4399 and the pre-order has already begun until 21 July 2021.
Apparently, the new MatePad Pro 12.6 is available in Olive Green only and customers may make their pre-order at the official HUAWEI Store Online and participating HUAWEI Partner Stores such as Lazada HUAWEI Flagship Store, Shopee HUAWEI Official Store and Senheng. Upon purchasing during the period, you can enjoy freebies up to RM 549.70* which includes a Huawei Classic Backpack, Huawei Video (1 month VIP access), 6 TVOD Pass as well as HUAWEI Cloud Storage (3 months access – 50GB).
Like other MatePads, the MatePad Pro can work with Huawei PCs and Huawei MateView for multi-screen collaboration that supports cross-device file dragging and transferring. It can also be used as a digital drawing sketch pad in Mirror mode and a monitor in Extend mode. The display measures 12.6-inches which is the biggest one in the lineup.
To add on, the tablet comes with an M-Pencil (2nd-Gen) and a new Smart Magnetic Keyboard features with 1.3mm key travel. It's also capable of wireless charging and supports Bluetooth and a magnetic cover. On the other hand, the MatePad 11 was also introduced and it's the company's first tablet to support a 120Hz refresh rate display. However, it's not available yet and will be launching in Malaysia quite soon.
