Huawei Nova 5 Pro hands-on photos leaked online, confirming quad rear camera setup, in-display fingerprint and more

Despite the on-going trade war between the US government and Huawei, Huawei is still planning to release their smartphones and this includes the Nova 5 series which has been picking up some steam recently. Previously, we saw the concept renders and it looked really nice. Turns out that it's not much different from the latest hands-on photo of the Nova 5 Pro.

The Nova 5 Pro looks better than the predecessor in terms of design, being capable to "shine" outwardly from the camera module area. The colour names given are also a bit confusing as Phantom Black and Blue are combining with a different shade of colours respectively, the same case as the HONOR 20 series. We aren't sure what kind of materials they used but they will probably inform us when the release day comes. Oh, there are a total of four cameras on the back, while a single front camera is hanging out on the front, within the waterdrop notch.

Nothing too extraordinary on the front look, though

And this right here, it's called Phantom Blue (combining with purple)

Besides that, it's also said that the Nova 5 Pro will feature a FHD+ display in 1080p, 32MP selfie snapper, 8GB of RAM, 256GB internal storage, and a SuperCharge 40W which is super fast. This new hands-on photo also suggests that there will be an in-display fingerprint sensor as well.

The Nova 5 Pro will likely be released in Malaysia as well since the series is popular. Until then, stay tuned for more Huawei news at TechNave.com.
