Huawei P20 and P20 Pro launch
Technical Image Press Association, or TIPA for short, awarded the Huawei P20 Pro for the "Best Photo Smartphone" of 2018. The award reflects on Huawei's efforts and their dedication towards developing and manufacturing high-quality products for global consumers.
The Huawei P20 Pro sports the world's first Leica triple camera with the highest pixel count on a smartphone along with it's f/1.8, f/1.6 and f/2.4 wide aperture. Combined with the master AI system and its scene recognition algorithm, it is able to categorize 19 different scenes to allow consumers to capture professional quality pictures easily. The Huawei P20 Pro has set a new benchmark in smartphone photography as demonstrated in DxOMark where the smartphone is one of the first to achieve a 3-digit score of 109.
In terms of tech specs, the Huawei P20 Pro is running on a Hisilicon Kirin 970, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, 40MP (f/1.8) + 20MP (f/1.6) + 8MP (f/2.4) triple rear camera, 24MP (f/2.0) selfie camera, and lastly, a 6.1-inch Super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 2244 x 1080.
