Huawei Smart Glasses release: Built-in speakers, IPX4 water resistance, and up to 16 hours of battery life from ~RM1120

With 2022 just around the corner, some companies are turning to new product categories like smart glasses. These things are already being released for the consumer market and Huawei is the next to join the gang.

Huawei's entry into the smart glasses market - simply called the Huawei Smart Glasses - comes with a detachable front frame. That's right, the front part of the glasses can be swapped out for a different one. Currently, there are three designs available: Classic, Stylish pilot, and Retro round. You can also get the frames in a variety of colours, or get the variant with sunglasses.

The electronic parts are protected from water

In terms of features, the Huawei Smart Glasses can be connected to up to two devices. It can be used to display short messages, your schedule, and other info. Moreover, it has high-definition stereo speakers to provide a virtual surround sound experience to the user. There are two microphones with an anti-wind feature that helps prevent sound leakage, and IPX4 water resistance so you don't have to worry about rain. As for the battery life, it's rated at up to 16 hours and uses a magnetic charging system.
