Like many mobile brands these days, Huawei has several smartwatches available. Some have a classic watch design like the Huawei Watch 3 series, while others have a rectangle body like the Watch Fit series. And yesterday, the latter has gotten a new model.

According to the announcement, the new model is the Huawei Watch Fit New. This is a new (Hah!) version of the Watch Fit from last year, though the design has remained the same. It still has the same rectangle body, 1.64-inch AMOLED display (280x456), and a button on the right. However, it does come with more colour options now with Grapefruit Red, Island Blue, Pink Cherry, and Obsidian Black.

In terms of features, the Watch Fit New has heart-rate monitoring, blood-oxygen monitoring, sleep tracking, and more. It will also support 97 sports mode, just one more than last year's model. If you like having variety in UI design, there are also 300 watch faces to choose from.

The Huawei Watch Fit New retails for 799 yuan (~RM517). We don't know when it will be available in Malaysia but expect there to be an announcement in the next few weeks. Stay tuned to TechNave.com for more updates on that.
