Huawei Watch Ultimate 2 renders unveiled online

Yesterday, Huawei announced a launch event for audio and wearable devices on 24 September 2025. The event next week will not only showcase the Huawei Watch GT 6 series, but also likely new FreeBuds series earbuds and the Huawei Watch Ultimate 2. In fact, some renders of the latter are already available.

Slight design changes

Courtesy of WinFuture, we now have our first glimpses of the upcoming Huawei Watch Ultimate 2. The new model will be available in two versions that look amazing. One has the classic black colour, while the other one sports a two-toned blue and silver design. Another change is the right side of the new model, which has what seems to be pogo pins for charging the device.

Of course, it might not be pins for charging. The source claims that the section contains new sensors. Regardless, it's a rather unusual design that most smartwatches don't have. Most sensors need contact with the user's body to function, so the purpose of this particular sensor is unknown.

Price increase?

The Huawei Watch Ultimate 2 is expected to retail for 899 Euros (~RM4446.63), which sounds pricier than the first model. Of course, the local price will likely be closer to its predecessor's RM3799 launch price.

No other details were announced, but with the event happening next week, expect more info to surface in the next few days. Until then, stay tuned to TechNave for more updates.
