It seems that Huawei has recently released a statement on their weibo account, stating that the Huawei nova8 Pro will be unveiled on 11 January 2021. While not much is known in regards to the Malaysia release date, it does give us a better idea on what to expect when the smartphone is available in the global market.
In terms of the tech specs, the nova8 Pro will most likely come equipped with the HiSilicon Kirin 985 5G chipset, 6.72-inch 120Hz display as well as a 4000mAh battery which supports up to 66W fast charging. In terms of the camera, the rear comes with a quad-camera setup with a 64MP main camera while the front-facing selfie specs remain largely unknown.
With all that said, do take some of the information regarding the tech specs with a grain of salt, due to the fact that Huawei has yet to provide an official statement on the leak.
