Huawei could be offering their own credit card very soon in China

Based on a statement by engadget.com, it seems that Huawei is planning on offering their own credit card, similar to Apple's which was release on August of 2019. While it is not known whether the card will be made out of metal, we do know that it will be backed by China’s UnionPay and it supports features such as NFC for one-touch payment.

Not only that, but it seems that there’s no annual payment for the first year while the year after that, Huawei could waive the user’s annual fee if customers spend a minimum amount. With all that said, there’s no official news in regards to whether the credit card will be available in Malaysia and which bank will support it.
