Is that picture real? Yes, very much so and it was actually confirmed by Huawei. According to sources, this is called the Huawei Watch Buds and it's a 2-in-1 product that was supposed to launch on 2 December but the event got postponed.
At first glance, the Watch Buds look like an ordinary smartwatch but the bezel is thicker than it looks. The smartwatch has relatively the same design but is slightly bigger than the standard Watch GT. Upon opening up the casing, that's also where you can find a pair of earbuds inside. The Huawei Buds inside look pretty ordinary, though, so there's no special design for those.

The Watch Buds is running on HarmonyOS and from another screenshot from Evan Blass, the watch face looks pretty basic but we can expect other watch faces pre-installed inside the smartwatch. On paper, the Watch Buds bring convenience and is quite revolutionary in the tech industry. But there's also a question of how the battery life would be distributed among the smartwatch and earbuds.
