Huawei has set up a special protection team to aid and fight the Coronavirus with 5G network in WuHan Hospitals!

The Wuhan Coronavirus has been bringing much tension not just in China but also around the world. To aid the outbreak of the Coronavirus, Huawei is now helping in improving the infrastructure of hospitals through 5G networking.

For those of you who are still unaware of it, the Coronavirus is a new virus outbreak originated from Wuhan China which is known to cause pneumonia. The Chinese government has put the Wuhan region on lockdown as a couple of hundred people already infected and succumbing to the disease.

Huawei’s official Weibo account has shared the news that contained images of the Coronavirus outbreak protection team working to set up the necessary infrastructure around the hospital and other key areas. The special protection team has been set up by Huawei on 23rd January 2020 with a total of 150 people.

Huawei’s dedicated team has aided the construction of network planning, survey, design, fiber laying and erection of base stations within 3 days. The team has established the 5G base stations at the Wuhan Vulcan Mountain Hospital in partnership with Hubei Nobile and Hubei Unicorn. The 5G base stations will ensure a fast reliable data connection, remote and monitoring consultation and other services to be easily accessible with the ultra-high-speed network connectivity.
