In a cheeky way to promote a new device, Huawei posted a short teaser of Richard Yu, Huawei CEO, holding an unknown device. According to sources, it could be a new foldable tablet-like device that will be unveiled on 20 March 2025.

On Huawei's official Weibo account, the translation of the text reads - "The suspense will be revealed soon! It is indeed a mobile phone, but it is more than a mobile phone. Come to my live studio on March 20 to see the unexpected product." - Furthermore, the title text on the video also confirms that it is under the Pura series.

This is the first time that we have heard of Huawei secretly developing another foldable device. According to the source, it could be an "evolution" of the Pocket 2 that may feature a 3.48-inch cover display and a 6.28-inch folding panel. On top of that, the display may have a 3:2 or 16:10 aspect ratio.

Richard Yu enjoys featuring himself when it comes to new product teasers, so we can expect more of those in the next few days until the launch this week. Stay tuned for the official news coverage only at TechNave.com.
