Huawei Malaysia has confirmed that its latest wearables — the HUAWEI WATCH GT 6 Series and the HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate 2 — will officially arrive in Malaysia on 29 September 2025. Both models were first unveiled at the global launch event in Paris, and they’re now set to bring advanced features, premium design, and powerful performance to local consumers.
HUAWEI WATCH GT 6 Series
Carrying the “Ride the Wind” design ethos, the WATCH GT 6 Pro and GT 6 46mm models boast up to 21 days of battery life, while the GT 6 41mm delivers up to 14 days. Huawei’s upgraded Sunflower Positioning System ensures pinpoint navigation accuracy, and the Pro edition features sapphire glass and a titanium alloy body for extra durability.
The GT 6 Pro is designed for outdoor enthusiasts, offering advanced modes for trail running, golf, freediving (up to 40m), and skiing. Notably, the GT 6 Series becomes the first smartwatch to introduce cycling virtual power, giving cyclists real-time insights on their riding intensity, comparable to professional-grade power meters.

Health tracking also gets a major upgrade with the new TruSense system, which delivers multidimensional emotion detection, cardiovascular monitoring, and in-depth wellness analytics. Consumers can secure the GT 6 Series now with a RM50 deposit and enjoy freebies worth up to RM446, including the HUAWEI FreeBuds 6i and a 3-month HUAWEI Health+ subscription.
HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate 2
Next, the WATCH Ultimate 2 is the first smartwatch certified for 150-metre diving, offering underwater communication via sonar signals for up to 30m, plus an underwater SOS feature with a range of 60m. Built from zirconium-based liquid metal, with a nanocrystal ceramic bezel and sapphire glass.
For land-based adventures, the WATCH Ultimate 2 introduces Expedition Mode, complete with 17,000+ global golf course maps, slope-adjusted distances, trajectory replay, offline maps, and SOS support. Safety features like Fall Detection, Emergency SOS, and High-Altitude Monitoring further bolster its outdoor credentials.

With gap antenna technology and the latest Sunflower Positioning, navigation stays reliable even in remote areas. Health tracking is enhanced with X-TAP fingertip sensing, which works with TruSense and Health Glance to monitor ECG, blood oxygen, and more. The device delivers up to 11 days of battery life, making it a rugged yet reliable companion for explorers.
Early adopters can secure the WATCH Ultimate 2 with a RM50 deposit, and receive freebies worth up to RM1,305, including the HUAWEI FreeClip, 2 Years HUAWEI Care+, and 3 Months HUAWEI Health+.
