Infinix GT 30 Pro and XPAD GT Malaysia released - up to 12GB + 512GB and 10,000mAh battery, starting price at RM1,299

Today, Infinix Malaysia has officially unveiled the Infinix GT 30 Pro and the XPAD GT. The new gaming phone comes in two variants: 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB, at the price of RM1,299 and RM1,499, respectively. Meanwhile, the new gaming tablet is RM1,699. 

Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 5G chipset, built on a 4nm process, the GT 30 Pro is said to deliver "flagship-level performance at an accessible price", thanks to the combined HyperEngine gaming technology providing high-speed performance and power efficiency. The device also leverages AI features like XBOOST performance tuning, Magic Voice Changer, and AI Magic Box, which offers smart tools such as auto-loot, recovery, and dialogue skipping.

Available in Shadow Ash, Blade White, and RGB-lit Dark Flare, the GT 30 Pro features a 144Hz 1.5K AMOLED display with HDR, 10-bit colour depth, and TÜV Rheinland eye comfort certification support. The display can up to 4500 nits peak brightness, as well as a 2160Hz touch sampling rate and 240Hz reporting rate. As a gaming phone, it also sports a GT Trigger system as extra buttons for in-game actions and even doubles as shortcuts for other apps and tasks.

On the other hand, the GT 30 Pro also features a 5,500mAh battery with 45W wired and 30W wireless fast charging, while the camera setup includes a 108MP primary shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 13MP front-facing lens, enhanced by AI tools like object removal, background cutouts, and photo expansion.

There is also a special GT Gaming Master Edition of the GT 30 Pro with up to 24GB extended RAM, bundling two powerful accessories: the MagCharge Cooler and MagCase. Infinix said the magnetic snap-on cooler boosts cooling efficiency by 30% and enables "Draco Mode" for simultaneous wireless charging and active cooling. which can sustain up to 120FPS for mobile games like Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB).
