Infinix is gearing up to launch its latest gaming smartphone, the Infinix GT 30, in Malaysia on 11 September 2025. Built for mobile gamers, the device introduces bold upgrades, headlined by the company’s first hidden capacitive shoulder trigger—called the GT Trigger—that brings console-like precision to competitive titles while doubling as a shortcut for one-tap photo and video capture.
What Will The Infinix GT 30 Pack?
According to Infinix, the GT 30 is powered by a new MediaTek D7400 5G chipset, and features a 144Hz AMOLED display with high-frame-rate certifications across ten popular mobile games, including PUBG Mobile and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, with support for gameplay up to 120 FPS.
Debuting Infinix’s new Mechanical Light Waves design language, the GT 30 introduces two striking finishes—Cyber Blue and Pulse Green—alongside the classic Shadow Ash. While tuned for gamers, the phone also leans on Infinix AI to enhance everyday use, offering smarter navigation, smoother cross-app switching, and more seamless content creation.
Backing Malaysian Esports with MPL MY S16

Alongside the GT 30 announcement, Infinix revealed that the Infinix GT 30 Pro, the first model in the series, has been named the Official Gaming Smartphone of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Malaysia Season 16 (MPL MY S16).
As part of its esports push, Infinix will sponsor three top MPL teams this season:
- Homebois – a long-term partner since Season 12
- Monster Vicious – returning for their second season with Infinix
- Aero Esport – making their debut partnership with the brand
Tommy Xiong, Country Manager of Infinix Malaysia, highlighted the company’s progress:
“The GT 30 Pro really struck a chord with gamers here, and it helped Transsion reach Malaysia’s top five smartphone brands in Q2 2025, according to Canalys data. With the new GT 30, our goal is simple — give more mobile gamers access to the same smooth, powerful gaming experience at a friendlier price point.”
Homebois’ founder, Nureddy Nursal, also emphasised the long-standing partnership:
“Infinix has been our partner since Season 12, giving us the confidence to push our limits. The GT Series has been a steady part of our journey, and we’re excited to carry that momentum into Season 16.”
