Today, Infinix Malaysia launches its new Infinix HOT 50 5G. As a new entry-level 5G phone for the market, it is only available in one memory configuration and is priced at RM599. Read on below for more details.
The Infinix HOT 50 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G chipset, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage and a 5000mAh battery with 18W charging technology. According to Infinix, it can maintain over 80% health even after four years and features Intelligent Overnight Charging Protection. This feature ensures the battery reaches 100% just before the user wakes up.
Measuring 7.88mm thin and weighing 188g, the Infinix HOT 50 5G has a 6.7-inch Punch-Hole Display with a 90.2% screen-to-body ratio. In addition, there is also a 120H refresh rate and 240Hz Touch Sampling Rate, as well as boasting TÜV SÜD 60-Month Fluency Certification and IP54 Dust & Splash resistance rating.
In the era of AI, Infinix has integrated a couple of AI features. This includes Ask AI which allows users to easily summarize, query, write, and optimize, while the AI assistant, Folax, is always ready to help with music, calls, and travel. Plus, AI Voice Capture allows taking photos hands-free using simple voice commands like "Cheese" or "Capture". Users can also use AI Creation to design cartoon-style wallpapers.
In terms of camera, the phone features a 48MP primary camera with a Sony IMX 582 sensor. Users can use AI Super Night Mode for low-light environment photo shooting and Dual-View Video for capturing two different shots at the same time. It even has RAW HDR format for mobile photographer enthusiasts.
Coming in Sleek Black, Vibrant Blue, Sage Green and Dreamy Purple, the Infinix HOT 50 5G bundled with a free pair of XBuds 3 WE will be available exclusively on Shopee's Exclusive First Sale from the 7th to the 15th of October 2024. After that, it will launch on Infinix Official Stores such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, as well as offline through Infinix Malaysia Authorised Dealers.
