Infinix have released their Note 30 series consisting of the Infinix Note 30, Infinix Note 30 5G and Infinix Note 30 Pro. All of them will feature similarly sized 6.78-inch displays with 120Hz refresh rates, JBL dual speakers and 5000 mAh batteries using Infinix All-Round FastCharge.

Infinix Note 30

The base Infinix Note 30 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, 8GB RAM and a choice between 128GB (RM) or 256GB (RM) storage. The aforementioned 6.78-inch display is an LCD with 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. For cameras, there’s a 16MP front camera in a punch hole while on the back there’s a 64MP + 2MP + AI cam triple rear camera setup.

It uses a 45W All-Round FastCharge for the 5000 mAh battery and also supports reverse wired charging. Other notable tech specs include the aforementioned dual JBL speakers, Android 13, NFC, a 3.5mm audio jack and support for a MicroSD card but it only supports 4G LTE. Available in black, blue and sunset gold it looks very much like an iPhone with its flat sided metal chassis and rounded corners.

Infinix Note 30 5G

The Infinix Note 30 5G is the 5G version of the Note 30 and thus has a different Mediatek Dimensity 6080 chipset with almost the same tech specs as above. The other major difference is that you can get it in 4GB RAM or 8GB RAM.

The cameras are also different with a 108MP ISOCELL HM6 rear camera to go with the same 2MP + AI camera but the overall flat sided metal chassis with rounded corners design remains the same.

Infinix Note 30 Pro

Despite it being the highest-end, the Infinix Note 30 Pro is only 4G LTE capable, but makes up for it with a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, 68W All-Rounder FastCharge and even has wireless and reverse wireless charging, something that you don’t usually see for an entry-level phone. The 6.78-inch display is AMOLED but retains the same 120Hz refresh rate and increases the touch sampling rate to 360Hz.

The Note 30 Pro features a 108MP + 2MP + AI triple rear camera but upgrades the front camera to 32MP. It also has a cooling vapor chamber, so if you’re a gamer, then this is the Infinix Note 30 series phone for you. All of the other tech specs, features and colours are the same though. Unfortunately, there's no Malaysia release date or pricing details just yet, but we won't have to wait long as the official Malaysia release is tomorrow.

Given the big battery and big display (... and if the price is right of course), I’m actually considering getting the Infinix Note 30 for my own family members, but what do you think?
