Infinix Note 40 series Malaysia release - Up to 120Hz AMOLED, Dimensity 7020 SoC and 108MP main cam from RM898

The Infinix Note 40 series was launched globally yesterday and now, the company has announced the pricing for the series in Malaysia. Comprising the Infinix Note 40 4G and the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G, read on to find out more about both Infinix smartphones. 

Let’s start with the higher-end variant of the two, the Note 40 Pro 5G. Under the hood, it’s powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, with the battery being a 5000mAh cell with support for 45W wired charging and 20W wireless charging.

The display is a 6.78-inch 120Hz AMOLED with an FHD+ resolution. As for cameras, the selfie shooter is a 32MP camera, while the rear sports a 108MP main + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro triple-camera setup. 

Meanwhile, the Note 40 4G is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The battery is 5000mAh with support for 45W wired and 20W wireless charging.

The display is a 6.78-inch 120Hz AMOLED with an FHD+ resolution. Camera-wise, it’s a 32MP selfie camera while the main camera at the rear is 108MP. 

Both devices have JBL speakers, NFC, infrared, IP54 rating, run on Android 14 via XOS 14 and are offered in either Vintage Green, Obsidian Black or Titan Gold colour options.
