Infinix today officially announced its strategic shift to using the Qualcomm Snapdragon platform for select smartphone categories and broader products. This move will begin with the launch of the NOTE 60 series to strengthen system performance and long-term user experience using the Snapdragon platform.

The NOTE 60 series will be the first smartphone line from Infinix to feature this tech

For your information, the NOTE 60 series is the first smartphone line from Infinix to be powered by the mobile platform, after Infinix previously only used Snapdragon chips for their tablet product line throughout the past year. The decision to expand the use of Qualcomm's processing chips into the smartphone ecosystem was driven by positive market feedback on their previous tablet products.

Moreover, the collaboration between Infinix and Qualcomm Technologies focuses on delivering stable and consistent performance in several core aspects including power efficiency, immersive user experience, advanced imaging systems, and integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

This initiative is also part of Infinix's "premiumization" strategy to strengthen its long-term competitiveness and penetrate the high-end device market more clearly.
