Infinix named the official gaming smartphone partner of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Malaysia 2025

Infinix today announced its partnership with MONTOON Games for the year 2025, further solidifying its position as a key player in Malaysia’s esports scene. The partnership involves Infinix serving as the official gaming smartphone partner for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Malaysia for its 15th and 16th seasons. 

In a press release, the tech firm revealed that the Infinix GT 20 Pro is the official gaming smartphone for MPL Malaysia season 15.  Designed for the ultimate gaming experience, the GT 20 Pro boasts dual-chip technology for unparalleled performance, an ultra-responsive gaming display with high refresh rates and an advanced cooling system to sustain peak gameplay – all packaged within an ultra-sleek cyber mecha design.

Wai Kiat Hong, the Marketing Director of Infinix Malaysia lauds the partnership with MOONTON Games a huge step in the company’s goal to shape the future of esports in Malaysia. Meanwhile, the Head of Esports (MY and SEA Incubation) of MOONTON Games Siew Hao Zhen said that the company is delighted to welcome Infinix into MPL Malaysia and to push the boundaries of mobile esports together. 

Besides that, Infinix also announced that it’s now the official gaming smartphone partner of  Ocean Black – a rising force in the esports scene, formerly known as Miracle Gaming. Co-founded by the renowned influencer Bidin Al-Zaifa, Ocean Black is set to make a bold statement in MPL MY S15, with professional players as part of their competitive lineup.

Additionally, Infinix also revealed that it has a 2-year-long partnership with Homebois, which was announced during Season 2 of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Academy League Malaysia (MALMY) in 2024. This collaboration has led to multiple initiatives aimed at empowering gamers and creating new opportunities within the esports ecosystem. This year, Infinix and Homebois look forward to further advancing the local esports scene.
