Recently, Infinix introduced its latest smartphone for the local market, the Note 40 Pro. The phone is now available in Malaysia for RM1098 and offers several interesting features. Notably, the company now promises a long period for security and Android updates for the phone.
In addition to that, Infinix also shared that they will offer up to 2 major Android updates and security updates for up to 36 months. That makes this Infinix device one of the devices worth owning for a long period, at its selling price.
With this move, we hope that various other device manufacturers will also follow Infinix's footsteps, and offer updates for a longer time for devices priced around RM1,000 and below. After all, it is not common to see entry-level phones with such viability.
