Infinix could launch a new smartphone in India, the Infinix Note 50s 5G+, which features a unique technology known as Energizing Scent-Tech . This technology allows the phone to release a pleasant scent slowly from the back panel of the device. It is the first smartphone in the world to have this feature. So, what should you know about it?
According to Infinix India CEO Anish Kapoor, this technology uses micro-capsules containing fragrance molecules embedded in the textured vegan leather back panel of the Marine Drift Blue color variant. This fragrance is expected to last up to 6 months, but this period depends on usage and environmental weather conditions.
Additionally, this unique phone will be launched on April 18th with a price tag under Rs 20,000 (~RM1100) in India. In other developments, Infinix previously launched the Note 50 series, which can monitor heart rate and blood oxygen using just a phone.
