If you want to read manga on your Nintendo Switch, you could do that by downloading the InkyPen app and sign up for a monthly subscription. The library of comics available through the app wasn't a very large one before this, but that's changing now that InkyPen has inked (heh!) a new deal with a manga publisher. Users will now be able to read manga licensed by Kodansha on their Nintendo Switch.
According to TechRadar, InkyPen had promised to add manga to its library back when the e-reader app first launched for the Switch console back in 2018. But it was only till recently that the Kodansha partnership was completed, allowing users to read manga like Attack on Titan, Fairy Tail, Fire Force, The Seven Deadly Sins, and more. By signing up for its monthly subscription for USD 7.99 (~RM34.91), you get to read all you want through the app.
This is a Nintendo Switch app that will probably see more use in future, especially for fans of manga or anime. As for video streaming services, the only ones currently available would be Crunchyroll and YouTube. No Netflix or Marvel comics yet, unfortunately.
With that said, what are your thoughts on the InkyPen app? Also, what other apps would you like to have available on the Nintendo Switch? Let us know on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more news like this.
