Insta360 has just launched their Luna Ultra flagship gimbal camera co-engineered with Leica from RM2999 in Malaysia. Featuring a dual lens design built around a 1 inch 8K main imaging sensor with a Leica Summicron lens and a secondary 1/1.3 inch telephoto camera system, it achieves natural bokeh across 5 native focal lengths and 6x lossless zoom. It is already available on the Insta360 Malaysia store, Shopee and Lazada.
Plenty of Flagship gimbal Features
Utilizing an integrated Triple AI Chip that powers a dedicated PureVideo mode to clean up low light noise up to 4K60fps, the physical 3 axis stabilization system works in tandem with electronic image stabilization to keep your footage perfectly smooth. While it has up to 6x lossless zoom it can go up to 12x digital zoom and it can record up to 8K30fps with Dolby Vision and 10-bit I-Log capture. It also supports up to 37MP UltraPhotos and 200MP Scenic Panorama shots.

It’s quite flexible thanks to a modular design including a detachable 2-inch OLED touchscreen for remote monitoring and built-in timecode synchronization for professional editing software. There's also a built-in stand and direct compatibility with the brand's wireless microphones along with built-in wind guard. A POV Head Tracker also helps with hands-free recording.
Thanks to their collaboration with Leica they can offer color profiles such as Leica Natural, Leica Vivid, and Leica Chrome. Weighing in at 200g, its 1550 mAh battery can last up to 4 hours and it should already be available in black and white colours from authorized sellers in Malaysia. It offers up to 47GB of storage and supports up to 1TB via microSD.
