Intel to implement Intel Unison to connect PCs, iOS and Android together

During the Intel Innovation event, Intel not only unveiled the latest 13th Gen Intel Core processors but as well as a new Intel Unison. Intel Unison is a software solution that seamlessly connects your PC and devices for a universal, easy-to-use experience across operating systems.

According to Intel, Intel Unison will offer a continuous and seamless connectivity experience between a PC and phone, starting with iOS and Android. Users can utilize it to transfer files, photos and videos between the devices. This also includes editing on the PIC while taking continuous photos or videos on the phone.

On the other hand, users will also be able to send and receive text messages from PCs easily, as well as accessing to voice calls from their phone's full contact list. Last but not least, users can receive and manage phone notifications from a PC to stay connected and maintain control.

Intel will continue to make changes to Intel Unison's form factors, functionality and operating systems in the future. So expect to see it launching on select Intel Evo laptops based on 12th Gen Intel Core processors from Acer, HP and Lenovo this year. 13th Gen Intel Core-based designs should also receive the feature starting early in 2023.
