Apple has recently posted an update on their official website stating that any iPhone 11 smartphones that were manufactured between November 2019 and May 2020, may experience issues where their display might become unresponsive. With that being said, Apple mentioned that any unit of iPhone 11 between the dates mentioned will be eligible for a display module replacement, free of charge.

Not only that but if you have sent your iPhone 11 to any Apple partners to have the issue fixed prior to Apple’s statement, you can request for a refund. If you are unsure whether your Apple smartphone is eligible for the free display module replacement, all you need to do is key in the serial number of your device at their official website and tap on the submit button.
