This week, JBL has introduced a major refresh across its home audio, party speaker, portable speaker and musician-focused categories, unveiling four new product lineups built around upgraded acoustic engineering, AI audio processing and next-gen connectivity. Below are the details.

JBL Bar Series (2026 Lineup)

JBL’s latest Bar Series elevates home cinema with richer, more immersive audio built on HARMAN’s MultiBeam 3.0 technology, Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and upgraded detachable rear speakers. The lineup now includes SmartDetails for finer audio nuances, AI Sound Boost for cleaner high-volume bass, and PureVoice 2.0 for clearer dialogue.

Designed slimmer with better connectivity, these soundbars integrate into the JBL One Platform, letting users stream hi-res audio, customise EQ, and update software seamlessly. The new family includes the JBL Bar 1000MK2, 800MK2, 500MK2, and 300MK2, which are now officially available at all authorised dealers, on the official website, Lazada and Shopee. The flagship Bar 1300MK2 will be introduced in January 2026.

JBL PartyBox 520 and 720, and PartyBox Encore 2

The PartyBox 520 and 720 are engineered as one of the loudest battery-powered speakers available, featuring an IPX4 splashproof build, rugged wheels, and a telescopic handle for on-the-go events. It offers up to 15 hours of playtime, fast charging, and replaceable batteries to keep parties going. AI Sound Boost dynamically enhances output to maximise loudness with minimal distortion, while Auracast allows syncing with other compatible JBL speakers for more extensive sound coverage.

Delivering 16W output with AI Sound Boost, the speaker can pair in stereo or connect with multiple Auracast-enabled JBL products for wider coverage. JBL BandBox Solo and BandBox Trio

The BandBox Solo is a portable smart practice amp and speaker built for solo musicians. Powered by on-device Stem AI, it allows real-time vocal and instrument separation so players can remove vocals, guitars, or drums from any track without an internet connection. It provides one guitar/mic input and integrates classic amp models, effects, a looper, pitch shifting, and a tuner through the JBL ONE app.

Designed for groups and gigs, the BandBox Trio expands the Solo’s capabilities with four instrument inputs and a built-in four-channel mixer. It uses the same Stem AI system for real-time track separation and includes a replaceable battery for extended jamming sessions. Both the JBL BandBox Solo RM1499 and JBL BandBox Trio RM3299 will be officially available from mid-December onwards at all authorised dealers, on the official website, Lazada and Shopee.
