The Road Transport Department (JPJ) has announced that the implementation of the use of MyDigital ID as a single login method to the MyJPJ application for Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above has now been postponed to 1 March 2026.
This implementation only applies to users aged 18 and above
For your information, you can still use the existing login method in the MyJPJ application until that date. Previously, JPJ announced that MyDigital ID would replace the use of existing passwords starting February 1, 2026.
Moreover, this implementation only applies to users aged 18 and above, while users under 18 and MyPR cardholders can still use the existing login method via a special link. With this latest announcement, MyJPJ application users who have not yet registered for MyDigital ID now have more time to do so before the new effective date.
