JPJ launched an upgraded version of the MyJPJ app - Now features better UI, a 24/7 chatbot and more

The Road Transport Department (JPJ) has now started offering a new update for users of the MyJPJ application on Android and iOS, which includes a brand-new interface. That said, what should you know about it?

 

A smarter and more cohesive UI

For your information, the homepage now includes access to several main menus, including for checking summons and eComplaints, as well as for several JPJ-related announcements. A quick-access menu to the Inbox is also included to view various notifications related to your account, along with the directory and profile menus.

In the main section, the MyJPJ application also features access to chat support via messaging via FIFI AI Chatbot. However, from our tests, FIFI AI Chatbot is still not smart enough to answer several questions involving user accounts, and often asks users to refer to the official JPJ website.
