Jabra has launched its latest generation of true wireless (TWS) ANC earbuds, the Jabra Elite 5. The pair belongs to the mid-range segment but offers some premium features that some flagship earbuds don't even have. Now, let's continue reading to know more about the Elite 5 and find out if it's a pair of TWS earbuds you would like to own.

The Jabra Elite 5 packs 6mm speakers with customizable EQ for the sound output. It also gets powered by Qualcomm's QCC3050 Bluetooth SoC, allowing it to support Qualcomm aptX Audio for high-quality audio. For the ANC, it uses "feedback microphones on the inside and feedforward microphones on the outside" for more efficient results.

When calling, there's a six-microphone array with wind noise suppression for you to hear the voice clearly. Meanwhile, the external microphones listen to you all the time, as the Jabra Elite 5 comes with built-in Google Assistant and Alexa support for hands-free voice control. Besides that, the earbuds also support Bluetooth Multipoint, which allows users to connect to two devices simultaneously. There are Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair as well.

Longevity-wise, the Jabra Elite 5 last up to seven hours on a single charge with ANC turned on. The company claims the wireless charging case can supply three full charges to the buds. Therefore, users can get up to 28 hours of total battery life in total. Without ANC, it's a battery life of up to 36 hours. The earbuds are also IP55 rated, so they should be good to survive a sweaty workout session.

The Jabra Elite 5 gets priced at €149 (~RM713) in Europe and is available in Gold Beige and Titanium Black. It's unsure if it's coming to Malaysia, but we'll let you know once we receive the latest information. Stay tuned to TechNave.com for more tech gadget reports!
