The Ministry of Communications and Digital (KKD) is set to unveil a special mobile postpaid package for civil servants tomorrow. Its Minister, Fahmi Fadzil said that the new package is a solution to complaints from frontline staff in the field regarding their postpaid subscription prices.
According to Bernama, Fahmi confirmed the matter when speaking to reporters after officiating the Merdeka@Komuniti programme in Dengkil today. Moreover, the KKD Minister also alluded to some other special announcements for civil servants besides the special telco postpaid package tomorrow.
During the same event, Fahmi also said that his ministry will hold discussions with telco companies tomorrow for a potential special postpaid package for media personnel. However, it is up to the telcos whether to agree on the matter or not, and a decision will be announced later.
