Looks like LEGO fans are in for a treat. Recently, LEGO launched the LEGO Smart blocks. So, what should you know about it?
A diverse playset for your children
For your information, Lego SMART Play consists of SMART Brick, SMART Tag and SMART Minifigure smart blocks. SMART Brick is equipped with a microprocessor, lights, speakers, an accelerometer and the ability to detect SMART Tag and Minifigure.
Moreover, the SMART Brick will emit different audio and lights depending on the information stored in the SMART Tag and Minifigure. The accelerometer can detect movement, and this will allow other audio clips to be played.
Additionally, each SMART Brick is equipped with a battery that is recharged wirelessly. The coil system used for charging is also used to detect information stored in the SMART Tag and Minifigure.
The first three sets to support the SMART Play system are Darth Vader's TIE Advanced, X-Wing and Throne Room Duel & A-Wing sets. All sets come with their own SMART Tag and SMART Minifigure to provide a unique gaming experience for buyers.
