Another year has passed and LG Electronics Malaysia returns with another new lineup of its best TV series - the LG OLED evo and QNED series. This year, the company launched its LG OLED evo AI TV, LG QNED Mini-LED AI TV, and LG QNED AI TV, featuring AI technology functions and the latest α11 AI Processor 4K and α8 AI Processor 4K, respectively.
According to LG, the α11 AI Processor 4K and α8 AI Processor have significantly upgraded and enhanced picture and audio quality alongside processing speed. The α11 AI Processor provides OLED TV users with a 70% improvement in graphic performance and a 30% increase in processing speed. Meanwhile, the QNED TV’s α8 AI Processor delivers a 1.3-fold increase in AI performance, a 2.3-fold enhancement in graphic performance, and a 1.6 times faster processing speed.
On top of that, LG also unveiled the world's largest LG OLED evo AI TV G4 in 97 inches. Below are some of the major features of the LG AI TVs:
- AI Picture Pro - AI Super Scaling, and AI Director Processing features to distinguish and enrich the objects and backgrounds in each scene for superior image quality.
- AI Sound Pro - AI Surround Sound, AI Voice Remastering, and AI Clear Sound features enhance vocals for higher clarity while leveraging on the TV’s built-in speakers virtual 11.1.2 surround sound system for richer audio.
- AI Customisation - Users’ viewing environments are analysed to fine-tune images and audio based on users’ preferences automatically with AI Picture Wizard, AI Acoustic Tuning, and AI Brightness Control.
- webOS 24 - Enjoy easy navigation and content recommendation with the upgraded webOS 24 system utilising AI technology. Stay updated with the latest features with the webOS Re: New Program, offering annual updates for five years starting in 2024.
- World’s first 144Hz G-SYNC TV - The LG OLED G4 and C4 series are equipped with a 4K 144Hz refresh rate and comprehensive HDMI 2.1 features. These TVs include Game Optimiser for easy switching between display presets and are compatible with AMD FreeSync technologies and NVIDIA G-SYNC.
